What We Do

Lagom is the Swedish way of saying, “not too little, not too much.” This commitment to simplicity is what inspires us to create beautiful and functional homes that prove to be just the right amount. Run by a tight-knit group of creative problem-solvers, designers, carpenters, and “Scandi” enthusiasts, we’re constantly working to fill in the gaps throughout our community with simple and responsible homes.

We create homes using turn-key design and construction services using the following methods:

Proven House Plans

Our Scandinavian-inspired house plans follow a modern, minimalist design and are constructed to be functional on both standard and non-standard lots.

Pre-Design Process

The pre-development process allows us to gain insight and understanding of the scope and trajectory of the project, such as how many units are needed, which plans you would like to choose, specific site selections, foundation options, and more.

General Contractors

We function as the general contractor. So, we take ownership of the construction process from the first hole that’s dug in the ground to turning the keys over to the developer with their finished home(s).

Innovative Wall Panels

Pre-fabricated wall panels are built in a controlled environment and allow us for greater speed of assembly as well as precision in the final product.
